Born in Trichur, Renuka has the talent of acting in her blood as she did not have any of her family members in the film industry. Being born to an advocate and a housewife, this fair Malayalam girl loved acting and had a craze for trying out different costumes.
Her debut film was Nammal which was directed by Kamal. After the sparkling success of debut film she got many offers form Tamil and Telugu. One of her amazing character is that she never feels uncomfortable with language.
