Sangeeth Sivan,who started his career in films as a director with Malayalam films will once again return to Malayalam, with his favorite star Mohanlal for the new movie titled as 'Bhasuram'.
His most successful Malayalam film was the block buster hit “Yodha”. The director who was well appreciated for his 'Yoddha’, ‘Nirnayam’ and ‘Vyooham’, His other Malayalm Films are Daddy (1992) Gaandharvam (1993) Johny (1994),Silpi (1995), and Snehapoorvam Anna (1997)
He directed his first Bollywood film, Zor, starring Sunny Deol which was bombed at the box office. Then he directed several hindi films: Sandhya (2003,Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne (2003) ,Kyaa Kool Hai Hum (2005),Apna Sapna Money Money (2006) , Ek – The Power of One (2009) ,Click (2010)
The movie “Bhasuram “to be scripted by Sangeeth Sivan will have the cinematography done by his brother and cinematographer-director Santhosh Sivan. As expected, this movie will also be a thriller and will cast a leading Tamil actress as the heroine.
